Best dealership experience EVER!!!
I have been in the motor trade for most of my life and I must say that this is the best used car dealership that I have ever dealt with.

We were looking for a specific vehicle for the family and decided to part-ex our Audi S3 for something bigger and A690 Specialist Cars had the exact car that we were looking for so I crammed the family into the S3 and after a lot of complaining we ended up at A690 Specialist Cars just as the heavens opened - what a downpour so I thought that my wife and daughters would stay in the car whilst I braved the rain but No! they insisted on getting out in the rain to look at the car with great risk of ruining their well prepared hair and makeup.

We were met by Richie who kindly distributed umbrellas to the girls as we looked at the vehicle. Richie did state that the car had only just came into stock and apologised that it had not been prepared to their standards, but I feel better when i see a vehicle as it is instead of being tarted up. So after Richie went to get the keys we all had a good look around the car and were very impressed and took it for a road test, okay a BMW 5 Series Estate is never going to be as quick as the S3 but it did not disappoint given that it is such a heavy car.

So we were hooked and then expected all of the sales patter but delightfully the whole process from start to finish was without pressure so we were left to our decision in peace and were so glad that we chose this dealership.

After a quick chat with Richie and Kieran a great part exchange price was offered for the S3 and we struck a deal over coffee's and hot chocolate.

We decided that we wanted to change the colour of the wheels on the car and to get our private number plate swapped across and the chaps organised the whole process for us.

A week later we collected our BMW 520d M-Sport Touring and said goodbye to our trusty S3. Car had been fully serviced and valeted and looked amazing when we turned up.

Now two months later we are still all enjoying our car and have the amazing peace of mind that we took out the Two Year A690 Specialist Cars warranty so looking forward to many happy years of motoring.

I wish that I could give the guys more than five stars as they ask me to pop in whenever I am passing for coffee so once they have taken your money and seen you off they still keep in touch and prove that their customer service is second to none and still care about you after the sale is complete.
