This M2 is a two-door thrill ride that reaffirms BMW's ability to build the Ultimate Driving Machine. Based on the beloved 2 Series, this rear-drive coupe has a wide-body appearance and high-performance upgrades. Its turbocharged inline-six teams up with a clairvoyant chassis that rewards time spent on the racetrack, but the M2's stiff suspension can be abusive on regular roads. Those seeking a precision instrument for high-speed shenanigans, however, should skedaddle to A690 dealership and sign the papers for this amazing M car. Under the sculpted bonnet is a turbocharged 3.0-litre straight six engine producing 335bhp and 500Nm of torque – helping the car get from 0-60mph in 4.6 seconds and on to a top speed of 155mph. Paired to seven-speed automatic transmission, the M2 really performs well – and with no turbo-lag either, you can feel confident you'll get all the performance when you need it. To make it turn and drive as well as most other M cars, BMW has fitted the M2 with an electronic differential and aluminium suspension parts so that precise cornering is a doddle in any driving mode. When pushed it sticks to the tarmac without much hassle. In comfort mode, you can get a sense of its sporty DNA – although it stills works well on the day-to-day commute, meaning if you leave it in the comfort setting you can enjoy cruising in this car. Sport mode does add a sharper edge to the throttle response and turn-in – making this car feel much more potent and exciting to drive.
